HoweverBut, the human rights organisation ‘International Society for Civil Liberties and Rule of Law’ alleges that Buhari massacred the Christians of Nigeria during his tenure. The human rights organisation has alleged that the extremist Fulani faction of Nigeria’s Kaduna province has committed this massacre with the support of Governor Nasir El-Rufai and former President Buhari. Fulani extremists have slain 700 Christians as a farewell gift after Buhari’s term was set to end. In addition, these extremists have abducted more than 1,400 people in the last six months.

Furthermore, the report says that Christians in Nigeria have been targeted even before Buhari’s rule.
