Israel will eliminate Hezbollah’s existence if it attempts to assist Hamas: Israeli Finance Minister

Jerusalem: ‘Iran has planned to attack Israel from all directions through its terrorist organisations. Terrorist organisations linked to Iran can carry out such attacks to help Hamas. However, Hezbollah will be wiped out if such an attempt is made. Besides, Israel’s Finance Minister Nir Barkat gave a stern warning to Iran, which is considered the head of the snake, giving orders to these terrorist organisations. At the same time, the Israeli army has indicated that Lebanon and the Lebanese people will have to bear the cost of Hezbollah’s mistake in attacking Israel.

Moreover, of the total missiles fired by Hamas at Israel, approximately 500 missiles fell in Gaza. Information about Palestinians being killed due to these ‘misfired’ missiles of Hamas is surfacing. Also, according to Israel, Palestinians who are ready to leave this part of Gaza are under siege by Hamas. Hamas terrorists are using the Palestinian people as human shields and hiding in places of worship. Because of this, the Palestinian people themselves are now criticising Hamas.

Against this background, Lebanon-based and Iran-backed terrorist organisation Hezbollah has threatened to attack Israel with the help of Hamas. Our missiles are ready, Hezbollah announced this only last week. Iran has also threatened that groups from Iraq, Syria and Yemen will attack Israel. Iran had threatened that they would retaliate in a deadly manner against Israel, which is attacking Gaza.

Furthermore, Israel’s Finance Minister Nir Barkat claimed that terrorist organisations, Hamas and Hezbollah, do nothing without Iran’s orders. For this reason, Barkat alleged that Iran is also behind Hezbollah, which is preparing to attack Israel. Israel’s Finance Minister warned that Hezbollah will be wiped out if Hezbollah attacks Israel. Barkat also indicated that Iran, which supports Hamas and Hezbollah to carry out anti-Israel activities, will receive a befitting reply.

Israeli security forces spokesman Lieutenant Colonel Jonathan Conricus also threatened Hezbollah. ‘Hezbollah has to play a very dangerous game by preparing for an anti-Israel conflict. However, Lebanon will be drawn into this game and Lebanon will not gain anything from this,’ Conricus said. Lebanon should consider whether there is a need to risk the sovereignty and prosperity of its country for the terrorists present in the Gaza Strip, the Israeli army spokesperson has said.

Meanwhile, Israel has evacuated villages close to the Lebanese border and relocated the civilians to safe places. The United States, the United Kingdom, France and Saudi Arabia have informed their citizens present in Lebanon to return to their homeland. Because of this, clear indications are being received that Israel will soon launch strong attacks on Hezbollah targets in Lebanon.
