Beijing: A Chinese newspaper claims to have sighted an unidentified flying object (UFO) near a naval base in East China’s Shandong Province. The Global Times reported that a UFO was detected in the Rizhao area near the Jianggezhuang Naval Base and would soon be shot down. At the same time, China has alleged that in 2022, more than ten times US spy balloons were seen in Chinese territory.
A few days ago, the US shot down a Chinese spy balloon in its territory with the help of a missile. Due to this, the tension between the two countries has tremendously festered, and China has constantly warned the US. After the Chinese spy balloon incident, three other UHAOs (unidentified high-altitude objects) cases have surfaced in the US. This arouses suspicion over China.
Against this backdrop, China seems to have been trying to divert attention by claiming that UFOs were also detected within its borders. Moreover, Chinese dailies have reported that preparations have been made to shoot the UFO. However, even after several hours, no update has been given.
Simultaneously, on the other hand, the US has also been accused of spying by sending many high-altitude balloons to Chinese territory in 2022. Wang Wenbin, the Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson, gave this information.
