Iranian scientist working in Missile and Drone development dies mysteriously

Tehran: – The mysteries surrounding the deaths of Colonel Khodaei, a senior official in the Iranian Quds forces and Colonel Ismail Zadeh remain unsolved. The Iranian agencies have kept the investigations under wraps. In this situation, one more suspicious death of an Iranian scientist has been reported from the city of Yazd in Iran. Scientist Ayoob Entezari, a contributor to the missile and drone development, was found dead at his residence. It is claimed that he was poisoned. But there is a dense possibility that there could be some other reason behind the death of Entezari.

On 22nd May, Colonel Khodaei, a senior official with the Iranian Quds forces, was shot dead in his car in front of his residence. The assailants, who came on a motorcycle, fled after attacking Khodaei. Search is being carried out for the attackers. Iranian media have held Israeli intelligence agency Mossad responsible for the assassination of Colonel Khodaei.

Colonel Khodaei led Unit 840, a covert unit in the Iranian Quds forces. Therefore, a possibility is being predicted that someone linked to Unit 840 is behind the attack. The possibility of Colonel Ismail Zadeh being linked to the attack was being predicted.

But on Monday, 30th May, the Iranian Revolutionary Guards announced that Ismail Zadeh committed suicide by jumping off the balcony of his residence. The British-Iranian news agency claimed that it was not a suicide and Ismail Zadeh was murdered. Within 24 hours of the death of Ismail Zadeh, the dead body of Entezari was found at his residence in Yazd city.

Furthermore, it is claimed that Entezari died of food poisoning. But the Iranian agencies have refused to react to this. Three people linked with the Iranian military were killed in two weeks. Among these, Colonel Khodaei was shot dead, and the Iranian Revolutionary Guards have refused to reveal any details regarding the deaths of Ismail Zadeh and Entezari. Therefore, the mystery surrounding the deaths is deepening.

It is claimed that the Iranian nuclear program is progressing in leaps and bounds. Israel had warned that Iran would possess all the necessary materials for producing a nuclear bomb in the next few months. The successive deaths of Iranian military officials and the scientist after this indicate differently.
