Israel rejects international mediation in the Gaza Strip issue -

Tel Aviv: Infuriated by the 300 rocket attacks carried out by Hamas, Israel lashed out that there is no possibility of talks with Hamas. Israel has disconnected the contact with the United Nations’ special envoy and Egypt and rejected any possibility of a ceasefire. The members of the Netanyahu government have demanded intensification of military action against Hamas.

The United Nations, Egypt and Turkey have appealed to Israel to stop the attacks on the Gaza Strip. The United Nations and Egypt suggested that Israel should resolve the crisis through discussions. But the Israel leaders in the government as well asin the opposition, have reacted that this problem cannot be resolved, unless the terrorist leaders are eliminated.
