Nicosia: ‘India cannot be forced to negotiate using terrorism. India wants good relations with all. But India will not tolerate attempts to normalize terrorism. Having good relations with neighbouring countries does not mean ignoring terrorism,’ said External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar presented India’s position. When Coronavirus came, a challenge arose at India’s border. But India will never tolerate attempts to change the status quo on the LAC by using force, the External Affairs Minister asserted. Through this, the strained relations between India and China proved that China’s actions were responsible for it.

Meanwhile, during External Affairs Minister Jaishankar’s visit to Cyprus, three cooperation agreements were concluded between India and Cyprus. These include cooperation on defence missions, cooperation on migration and their legitimate relocation, and agreements on the International Solar Alliance. Sixty years have been completed since establishing diplomatic relations between India and Cyprus. It has become clear in this visit of External Affairs Minister Jaishankar that both countries are eager to expand their cooperation in the future.
