Iran rejects UK, Israel and Saudi allegations

Tehran: Baseless accusations against Iran’s peaceful nuclear programme will not be tolerated. Iran criticised Israel’s old ploy to spread propaganda against Iran based on fake news and allegations. Also, after questioning the nuclear programme at the UN meeting, Iran cannon fired on the UK and Saudi Arabia.

Iran rejects UK, Israel and Saudi allegationsIn a special session held at the United Nations, Israel, Saudi Arabia, and the UK blamed Iran’s nuclear programme for insecurity in the Gulf. Israel accused Iran of providing military support to terrorist organisations in the Gulf. Besides, Saudi Arabia expressed concern that Iran’s nuclear programme has created tensions in the Gulf. The UK has rebuked Iran for dangerously speeding up its nuclear programme.

Iran’s special envoy to the United Nations, Heidar Ali Balouji, took note of these accusations by Israel, Saudi Arabia and the UK. Balouji criticised Israel’s habit of spreading propaganda against Iran without evidence. Moreover, saying that Saudi should self-examine before accusing Iran, Iran’s envoy reminded of Saudi’s Al-Ula nuclear project.
