Warsaw / Brussels : Poland has openly accused European Union that its strategy for the immigrants was suicidal, similarly Poland has refused to change its policy for them. With Poland’s unchanged stand even after the European Union hinting for legal action, has brought forth the divided stance amongst the European countries on the subject of immigrants. Few days ago, Poland’s senior leaders had brought the issue of direct relation between the refugees crowd in Europe and the terrorist attacks back into limelight.
The EU had planned a ”Relocation Scheme” to resolve the issues of the immigrants”. Under this scheme, the refugees coming to Europe were going to be diverted to different countries. However this scheme received strong opposition from the Eastern and Central European countries. The immigrants were also denied access by Hungary and Czech Republic along with Poland. In spite of repeated ultimatum issued by the European Union, these countries have continued to protest therefore the European Union initiated action. Accordingly, the financial assistance from the Federation to the member countries who have declined the immigrants will be cut down and penalties will also be recovered from them.
Clarifying its role in the Union, Poland has reiterated its policy on refugees. The policy of migrating the immigrants to different countries is incorrect and risky. The Internal Security Minister of Poland Mariusz Blaszczak warned that the European commission has no right to interfere in the trade practices of member countries on the issues of security, unity and social values.” In a letter addressed to the Commission, he has also mentioned the rising terror attacks in Europe.
Similarly, terrorist attacks have occured in Paris, Stockholm, Brussels, Berlin, Manchester, Barcelona. After how many more attacks on European countries will the EU wake up? The loop around Europe’s neck has tightened, owing to the immigrants who land on the shores of European shores are blindly allowed to enter the European countries without the knowledge of EU” in such words, Ministers of Poland embarked on the policy of immigrants. Similarly, Foreign Ministry of Poland has also made a statement in this regard and severely condemned the Commission.
The National Security Department of Poland has also announced that the country will not accept immigrants owing to the terror attacks in Barcelona. Recently, the Senior Ministers of Poland made serious charges against the Islamic immigrants who migrated to Europe, have developed ‘Safety Zones’ in different parts of the country which are supporting terrorists activities
Poland had previously taken an aggressive stand against the threat of immigrants coming to Europe. The Middle East and African immigrants who had sneaked into Europe for the past two years are now openly denied access by Poland, which has sparked tensions between Poland and the European Union.
