US will have to pay a dear price for the exercises with South Korea

But North Korea, which accuses the exercise of being a rehearsal for an attack on the country, has threatened the United States. North Korea has warned that the United States will have to pay a heavy price for this. The North Korean ambassador to China also called on the United States to be a common enemy of China and North Korea and that the two countries need to unite against it.

The US and South Korean armies are holding a nine-day war game. Against the backdrop of the corona, the practice will be based entirely on computer simulation. This is the second such exercise between the US and South Korean armies in the last six months. Earlier in March, the two countries’ armies held a field exercise in which a large troop of soldiers from both countries participated. But the current practice, which is relatively small in size and based on computer simulations, has made North Korea very uneasy.

Ri Ryong-nam, North Korean ambassador to China, criticized the exercises held between the United States and South Korea through the Chinese mouthpiece Global Times. ‘This exercise is a rehearsal for a war against North Korea or a nuclear war. With this exercise, the US is preparing for an attack on North Korea and it will not be tolerated at all. The United States will have to pay a dear price for that.’ said the North Korean ambassador. Ambassador Nam called on the United States to withdraw its troops from South Korea if it wants peace in the Korean region.

Nam accused the United States and South Korea of posing a threat to North Korea and China. ‘The US is a common enemy of China and North Korea. The United States is expanding its war games and cooperation with South Korea, Southeast Asia, and its Chinese neighbours. Through this cooperation, the US is besieging China. The North Korean ambassador called on China and North Korea to work together to stop the US military action.

Last week, North Korea’s ambassador to Russia, Sin Hong-shol, also appealed to increase North Korea and Russia’s cooperation against the United States. Hong-shol claimed that the United States was a common enemy for Russia and North Korea.

Meanwhile, just hours ago, China and Russia announced an increase in military cooperation due to tensions with the United States. US officials have warned that strategic partnership between the two countries could pose a major challenge for the United States and its allies. Under such circumstances, the North Korean ambassadors to China and Russia have indicated they will join the anti-US front.
