Istanbul: Russian President Vladimir Putin has warned that he is ready for peace talks if Ukraine accepts that it has lost territory in the conflict with Russia. Turkish President Recep Erdogan had a phone conversation with the Russian President on Thursday. At this time, Erdogan told the Russian President that ceasefire was necessary for peace talks.
