Moscow: President Vladimir Putin has warned that Ukraine and the western alliance that has supported it have started a war and Russia will end this war with the strength of its power. President Putin also criticized that Western countries can use anyone, even Satan, in the conflict against Russia. In a speech to the Russian Parliament, Putin warned that the hegemony of Western currencies, including the US dollar, would soon end while targeting sanctions imposed by the US and other countries. At this time, the President of Russia also announced that Russia is temporarily withdrawing from the ‘New Start Treaty’ with the United States on the issue of nuclear weapons.

In the wake of the Ukraine conflict, Putin also made a statement about the sanctions imposed by the Western alliance and the Russian economy. He claimed that the sanctions imposed by Western countries, including the United States, have not particularly affected the Russian economy and that the Russian economy is safe. On the contrary, Putin pointed out that due to these restrictions, the influence of the leading currencies currently dominant in the global system will disappear. President Putin said that Russia is working with its fellow countries to establish a safe system that does not use the US Dollar and the Euro.

In his address to the Parliament, the Russian President also announced his temporary withdrawal from the New Start Treaty. The New Start Treaty is the last nuclear agreement between Russia and the US. Efforts are being made to extend it. However, now that Putin has signalled to withdraw from it, the future of the agreement seems to be uncertain.
