Pakistan is grappled by the fear of the FATF action. Pakistan has planned to influence the FATF using a company in the United States. At the same time, Pakistan is holding talks with China, Malaysia and Turkey and pleading with them for support in the FATF. While these actions are being taken by the Pakistan government on the diplomatic level, it is claimed that the Pakistan military and ISI has also sent the chiefs of terrorist organisations, featuring in the most wanted lists, to Afghanistan.

The ISI started dispatching Haqqani and the other terrorist groups to Afghanistan as soon as the meeting of Asia Pacific Group (APG), an affiliate of FATF, started. ISI is trying to create a façade that there are no terrorists in Pakistan. Therefore, Pakistan has sent terrorist leader Sirajuddin Haqqani, having a base in Quetta in the Balochistan province, to the Helmand province in Afghanistan. As per sources, the attack launched by Taliban terrorists in the Helmand province of Afghanistan, in the last week, on 11th of October, was for securing a safe passage for these Pakistani terrorists. These very terrorists participated in the conflict in the Helmand province.

As per reports, terrorists from Al Qaeda, Lashkar-e-Taiba and Jaish-e-Mohammed participated in the Helmand conflict, along with the Taliban terrorists. A large number of Jaish terrorists have been injured in the conflict, and the hospitals in Afghanistan are full of these terrorists. The Pakistani secret war strategy has been exposed, and it is claimed that Pakistan is facing embarrassment against the background of the FATF meeting. Sirajuddin Haqqani, based in Helmand currently, has started holding meetings with Taliban and other commanders. It has been exposed, even in the past, that Pakistani ISI is assisting terrorist organisations.
