Former US military personnel question Biden & his policies – a letter signed by 124 officials published

Washington: Former US military officers, who have served as admirals and generals, have raised serious questions on Biden’s victory in the 2020 elections, physical and mental health, and his policy on China. ‘Flag Officers 4 America’, the association of retired military officials, has raised all of these issues, alleging that the constitutional rights of the United States are under attack. A letter with signatures of nearly 124 officials has been published in the media, raising serious concerns regarding the policies of the Biden administration. Never in the history of the United States has such a large number of former military leaders criticised the administration’s policies.

Officials holding essential posts in the administrations from Ronald Reagan to George Bush have signed the letter. Rear Admiral John Poindexter, the National Security Advisor in the Reagan administration, Lt. Gen. William Boykin, Deputy Undersecretary of Defence for Intelligence in the Bush administration, and Brigadier General Donald Bolduc are among the signatories of the letter. Former US defence officials generally do not make such statements regarding politics. Major General Joe Arbuckle, one of the signatories, said, “Former military officers normally do not engage in political actions. However, we must speak out as the situation facing our country today is dire.”

While speaking to a periodical, Maj Gen Arbuckle said, “It is critical that the threats to our national security be brought to the attention of the American people, and that is the main purpose of the letter.” The letter notes that “The physical and mental condition of President Joe Biden cannot be ignored. He must be able to quickly make accurate national security decisions involving life and limb anywhere, day or night.” The letter expresses doubt on whether President Biden possesses the ability to do so.

Also, the former official said, “recent Democrat leadership’s inquiries about nuclear code procedures send a dangerous national security signal to nuclear-armed adversaries, raising the question about who is in charge. We must always have an unquestionable chain of command.”

Mentioning the war in the United States on the ideological level, the letter says that “We are in a fight for our survival as a Constitutional Republic like no other time since our founding in 1776. The conflict is between supporters of Socialism and Marxism vs supporters of Constitutional freedom and liberty. In such a scenario, policies such as opening the United States’ borders, disregarding the orders from the US Congress and high-ranking officials, are being promoted.” Also, the letter criticises that “the big tech companies are making decisions that oppress the freedom of expression”. At the same time, doubts have been cast on the policies of the Biden administration on China and Iran. In fact, the letter also raises the terrifying and gruesome question as to whether the Coronavirus pandemic is a measure for population control.

The criticism against the Biden administration over the issues raised by the former defence officials had started from the early days of the administration. The opposition leaders have repeatedly warned that the Biden administration, which is under the influence of extreme liberalism and pseudo leftist ideology, is pushing the United States into a crisis. Now, the questions raised by the former top brass regarding the physical and mental ability of President Biden himself will cause considerable turmoil in the US political circles. It could deliver a significant blow to the Biden Administration.
