Israel should not rely on US to prevent Iran from acquiring nuclear weapons: former US Ambassador Nikki Haley

Las Vegas – Former US Ambassador to the United Nations, Nikki Haley, said that Iran’s nuclear threat to Israel persists, and Israel should not wait for permission from the US to act against the threat. Haley also said that the US is not likely to approve any action against Iran. Last week, Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennett had indicated to initiate military action against Iran to prevent Iran from acquiring nuclear weapons. In this scenario, Nikki Haley has sent out a message to Israel not to expect any cooperation from the US as the present Biden administration has a pro-Iran stand.
