Sen. Ron Johnson slams Dr. Anthony Fauci for funding China’s Wuhan Lab.

Washington: US Senator Ron Johnson has accused a US agency, headed by Dr Anthony Fauci, medical advisor to the US President, of funding China’s Wuhan Laboratory. Mike Gallagher, a US House Representative, also fired a salvo of criticism at Dr Fauci, demanding answers over the funding provided to the Wuhan Laboratory. Moreover, Jim Jordan, a Republican Party Member, has demanded Fauci’s expulsion.

Dr Anthony Fauci is the Director of the US National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases. Moreover, China’s Wuhan Institute of Virology was assisting the global research conducted by NIAID. Dr Fauci should have stopped taking assistance from the Wuhan Lab after performing a background check, but he continued funding it, claimed Senator Johnson.

‘What was the objective behind continuing cooperation with China?’ questioned the US Senator. Congressman Gallagher also raised the subject of the Wuhan Lab and demanded answers from Dr Fauci. By bringing up the Wuhan Institute of Virology, US Senator Joni Ernst has held the ruling Chinese regime liable. Moreover, Senator Ernst criticised the Chinese ruling party, saying it is not yet willing to disclose all the information about the origin of the Coronavirus pandemic. The US Senator said the world demands answers about the Covid-19 Pandemic; these answers include the role of the Wuhan Laboratory as well.

Furthermore, reports reveal US Senators have written a letter to US State Secretary Antony Blinken regarding the investigation of the Coronavirus Pandemic and the Wuhan Institute of Virology.
