CPEC-China Last week, the Baloch rebel organisation announced joining hands with the Sindh rebel organisation. The Baloch organisation accused ‘Baluchistan and Sindh have suffered due to the expansionist and aggressive activities of China. Under the disguise of CPEC, China is trying to gain control over the Sindh and Baluchistan provinces. China intends to gain control over the coastline from Badin till the Gwadar port.’

The share market building in the city of Karachi was attacked to protest against the expansionist activities of China, in the Sindh and Baluchistan provinces. The organisation informed that this was a joint operation of the Baloch and Sindh rebels. At the same time, the organisation warned that the Chinese CPEC projects in the Sindh and Baluchistan provinces would be attacked in the coming times. Different reactions have been received from the analysts around Pakistan, regarding the warning.

One of the analysts claimed that joining of hands by the Baloch and Sindh rebel organisations, will not cause too many damages to the Chinese project. Also, neither China nor Pakistan will back out from the project. As per another analyst, the security of the Chinese CPEC projects will have to be beefed up, in view of the possibility of these attacks by the Baloch and Sindh rebel organisations. This will directly affect the project cost. Some other Pakistani analysts are warning that in that scenario, the Pakistan economy will sink further.
