27 members of Afghan security forces killed in Taliban attack   

Kabul: In attacks Taliban launched at two or three locations, 27 members of the Afghanistan security forces were killed. In the last 24 hours, the Taliban attacks in Afghanistan have intensified.

On Sunday, the Taliban targeted the workplace of a police officer in the northeastern province of Takhar, killing 13 police officers. In another attack, the Taliban attacked security posts in southern Afghanistan’s Zabul. The attack killed 11 members of the Afghan security forces.   

Also, the security posts in the Helmand and Baghlan provinces were attacked, which claimed the lives of four security personnel. As per reports, 13 Taliban terrorists were killed in the Baghlan province. Additionally, a total of 28 members of the Afghan security forces were killed in the attacks that had occurred at various locations in the country.
