Gaza/Jerusalem: The terrorist organization, Islamic Jihad from the Gaza Strip, launched 160 rocket attacks on Israel. 15 terrorists, including the senior commander of Islamic Jihad, Taysir al-Jabri, were killed in an airstrike launched by Israel. The chief of PIJ’s Northern Command, Taysir al-Jabri, was killed in this. But Hamas alleges that ten civilians, including a five-year-old girl, were killed in this Israeli operation. Israeli Prime Minister Yair Lapid supported the crackdown on terrorist organizations. Israel’s Defence Minister Benny Gantz announced that the operation against the PIJ would become more aggressive. Defence Minister Gantz said that the end of these terrorists targeting Israel has come close. The terrorist organization ‘PIJ’ also threatened that the attacks on Israel would not stop. PIJ warned that Israel has declared war against us and will take revenge for killing its leaders.

As the Israeli Army launched attacks on PIJ sites on Friday night, PIJ supporters demonstrated against Israel in the West Bank city of Jenin. It is claimed that some protesters ran into Israeli soldiers at this time. According to the Israeli media, 19 PIJ terrorists were detained in an operation carried out by the Israeli security forces after this.
