Day 4 of the War: Ukraine agrees to hold talks with Russia

Moscow/Kyiv: While war is raging in many cities of Ukraine, including capital Kyiv, Ukraine has expressed willingness to negotiate with Russia. Accordingly, political representatives from Russia and Ukraine will be a part of the discussion on the Ukraine-Belarus Border. Before Ukraine agreed for discussion, Russian President Vladimir Putin ordered the Russian Nuclear Forces to be on alert. Before that, NATO had announced all the necessary assistance to Ukraine, while the United States and its allies had announced tough sanctions on Russia. After that, the Russian President has sent a clear message to everyone that if the war situation festers, it could culminate into a nuclear war.

The United States and NATO have made some encouraging announcements for Ukraine in this situation. These include imposing harsh sanctions against Russia by the United States and its allies.
