Islamabad/Lahore: Former Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan’s much-discussed long march started on Friday. Imran Khan claimed that this long march emerging from Lahore to Islamabad was to give free Pakistan. Pakistan’s Interior Minister threatened that if Imran Khan spoke the language of attacking the capital Islamabad, this time, they would teach him such a lesson that he would never even think of retaking a long march. Lt. Gen Anjum’s allegation that Imran Khan had made this proposal to General Bajwa to save his Prime Ministership caused a sensation in Pakistan. At the same time, the media has also upheld Lt. Gen. Anjum’s statement that the Pakistan Army will remain politically neutral and stay away from politics. Ex-Prime Minister Imran Khan, who was restless by this, raised the question regarding the press conference held by the ISI Chief. Imran Khan asked if Pakistan Army was neutral, why the press conference? Also, Imran Khan criticised Pakistani military officers were saving the thieves in the government. However, Imran Khan further said he would not talk more about this issue for the country.
