Last week, North Korea claimed that it possessed long-range missiles capable of targeting the United States. All the three Foreign Ministers issued a joint statement after the meeting. All three countries have denounced and criticised the seven missile tests conducted by North Korea, which profoundly destabilises the region. Moreover, the US media had claimed the progress of the missile and nuclear programs of North Korea had slowed down since the year 2017. However, now the US media is pointing out that North Korea has accelerated the program and conducted a series of missile tests since the Biden administration came to power in the United States. North Korea’s confidence has grown since then, and now they have started to threaten to target the US.
