Retired Israeli army officer General Yitzhak Brick warns that 3,000 missiles will fall on Israel every day. Recognizing this threat, Israeli leaders must immediately equip the army for war on multiple fronts at once, General Brick said.

In an interview with the Israeli News Agency, General Yitzhak Brick claimed that the Israeli army was unprepared for a fierce war. In the last few years, Israel has fought wars only on a single front at a time. General Brick cited the conflict with Hamas in the Gaza Strip in May. During the 11-day conflict, Hamas showered Israel with 4,000 rockets. ‘Here, Israel had to fight on a single front. But the situation will be different in the near future,’ General Brick said.

General Brick warned that along with Hamas in Gaza, Israel would be attacked by rockets, missiles and drones from Iranian-linked terrorist groups in Syria, Yemen and Iraq. At the same time, if Israel attacks the enemy, violence can erupt between Arabs and Jews in the West Bank and various cities and villages in Israel. General Brick warned that there would be riots on the roads, resulting in terrible loss of life. Similar violence erupted in the West Bank and some Israeli cities during the conflict in May. Against this background, the warning issued by General Brick is noteworthy.

‘Even if Iran acquires a nuclear weapon, it is not foolish enough to use it against Israel. Because Iran is well aware that if an atomic bomb is dropped on Israel, the whole world will turn against it and Iran too will be attacked by a nuclear weapon. Iran is keen on acquiring nuclear weapons, only to strike a nuclear balance with Israel. Iran is aware that Israel cannot attack a nuclear-armed Iran,’ General Brick said.

Iran’s state-run news agency highlighted the warning. The Iranian news agency claims that the Israeli army is not ready for a future war. Terrorist groups Hamas and Islamic Jihad in the Gaza Strip have also threatened to launch simultaneous attacks on Israel soon.
