Israel launches attacks on bases of Quds forces in Syria to warn Iran -

Kabul: 10 people including soldiers from the Iranian Quds Forces, were killed in the airstrikes carried out by the Israeli military in Syria. The Israeli military said that this was a warning for the Quds Forces, who are hatching a plot for a terror attack on the Golan Hills border. This attack was carried out just before the visit of US Secretary of State, Mike Pompeo, to Israel. Therefore, as per the western media, Israel has delivered a big message that there will be no difference in the Israeli actions, even after the change of guard in the United States.

A few hours ago, Israeli military busted a terror plot in the Golan Hills region. The Israeli military accused that Iranian Quds Forces and other Iran affiliated terror groups were involved in the plot. On Wednesday morning, Israel carried out the airstrikes in Syria. Hidai Zilberman, the spokesman of the Israel military, informed that this action was carried out in the Golan Hills border region and also near the Syrian capital of Damascus.

Some bases under the control of the Quds Forces and the Iranian Revolutionary Guards and locations of the Iran affiliated groups were destroyed in the attacks. Hidai Zilberman, spokesman of the Israel military, said that other than these the Syrian military bases and batteries of the anti-aircraft missiles were also targeted. Three soldiers from the Syrian army and more than five soldiers from Quds forces were killed in the attack. ‘Sana’ the mouthpiece news agency of the Syrian government, accepted that the military bases came under attack.

Zilberman clarified that this was a warning, issued by the Israeli military, to Iran who is making dangerous deployments in the Golan Hills region and also to the Syrian government. Israel will never tolerate an Iranian presence in Syria.

At the same time, the military spokesman clarified that this was also a message to the Assad government for allowing entry to Iran in Syria. Zilberman said that the Israel military was prepared for retaliation in any form from Iran or Syria. Meanwhile, Iran is daydreaming that the situation in the Gulf will change, after Joe Biden takes over the reins as President of the United States. But even in that scenario, there will be no change in the Israeli stand regarding Iran. The western media are claiming that Israel has demonstrated, through this action, that the Israeli attacks on Iran and Iran affiliated groups will not stop.
