Four killed in suicide bombing in Afghanistan – threat to Sirajuddin Haqqani’s life

Kabul: Four people were killed and 18 others were injured in a suicide bomb attack in the Afghan capital of Kabul. This explosion reportedly targeted a place of worship in the Taliban’s internal security department. Therefore, it is being claimed that there is a threat to the life of the Taliban’s Internal Security Minister, Sirajuddin Haqqani.

The explosion occurred in a place of worship of the Taliban’s internal security department near the Kabul International Airport. The Taliban reported that a suicide bomber carried out the attack. Although no one has claimed responsibility for the attack, it is suspected that ‘IS-Khorasan’ has carried out the attack.

The suicide blast in a building controlled by the Taliban’s Internal Security Minister Sirajuddin Haqqani has upset the Taliban. A few days ago, blasts had been carried out in places of worship targeting the Taliban campaigners. The international media claim that a high-ranked Taliban commander like Sirajuddin Haqqani has been directly targeted.
