Spokesman Dmitry Peskov claimed that the Russian intelligence system has evidence that British military experts had instructed the attack. Besides, the Russian Foreign Ministry has demanded that the UK give an official explanation of the message sent by former British Prime Minister Liz Truss to the US Secretary of State.
