Coronavirus deaths in the world cross 250,000  

Baltimore: – Coronavirus has so far claimed more than 250,000 lives in the world, and the total number of cases has crossed 3.6 million. John Hopkins University has stated that there has been a decline in the number of deaths for the second successive day. Whereas, an Italian group has claimed that some of the countries in the world are hiding the actual numbers of Coronavirus cases and deaths.  

As informed by the John Hopkins University, Coronavirus has claimed 3,810 lives in the world in the last 24 hours. This has taken the total number of Coronavirus deaths to 251,955. Out of these, 68,689 deaths have been reported from the United States. The US health agency informed that 1,015 deaths were reported from the country in the last 24 hours.  

The pandemic has claimed 142,413 lives in Europe so far, and the maximum number of deaths, 29,079, has been reported from Italy. The Italian Statistics Group, a group in the Italian government, informed that the actual number of deaths is more than the one reported by the government. An additional number of 11,600 deaths needs to be included in the total number declared by the Italian government, as the Italian government has hidden the actual number of deaths. The groups accused that not only Italy, but many other countries in the world are also hiding the exact number of deaths. Before this, a group in Spain had made a similar accusation against their government.  

As per the information given by the John Hopkins University, 130 deaths have been reported from the United Kingdom in the last 24 hours, thus taking the total count to 28,734. The total number of cases has reached near 200,000. Meanwhile, 77,895 new cases have been reported from around the world, including more than 30,000 new cases from the United States alone. There was an addition of 10,000 new cases in Russia for the third successive day. The number of cases in Russia has reached 145,268.
