China is vying to highlight this picture of gallantry, especially in front of the Chinese population. But in this same period, the Australian newspaper, ‘The Klaxon’ has published a report named ‘Galwan Decoded’.

The report throws more light on the Galwan conflict with information compiled from the posts on Chinese social media and other media. The Australian newspaper has reported that at least 38 Chinese soldiers died during the conflict, only due to drowning in the river. The concerned newspaper pointed out that China has revealed information regarding only one of these soldiers. At the same time, investigative journalists at The Klaxon pointed out that China had started a major action to stop the discussions that had begun regarding the Galwan conflict.

Before this, some people from the western countries had said that the claims made by China regarding the Galwan conflict were fake. India announced that 20 of its soldiers were martyred in the attack and even bestowed national honours on the martyred soldiers. But it was repeatedly exposed that China was hiding the information regarding its soldiers. China feared that it would hurt its prestige if it became public that China lost soldiers in multiples of the Indian loss in the Galwan conflict. China is still releasing fake information regarding the Galwan conflict to avoid this.

India declares diplomatic boycott of Winter Olympics to be held in Beijing

New Delhi: China is awarding special honours to the military official injured in the Galwan valley during the Beijing winter Olympics. This decision was taken only to incite India. India took serious cognisance of the matter and accused an unfortunate Chinese action. In protest, Indian diplomats will not be attending the inauguration and closing ceremonies of the Winter Olympics. The foreign ministry also announced that the DD Sports channel would not be broadcasting the Winter Olympics live.

The United States, Canada, Australia and a few other countries had imposed a diplomatic boycott on the winter Olympics in Beijing, forwarding the issue of atrocities showered by the Chinese communist regime on the Uyghurs. Therefore, the diplomats from these countries were not to attend the Beijing Olympics. At that time, China had appealed that politics should not be brought into the games. Despite strained relations, India had not decided to boycott the Winter Olympics. But China has announced its hatred towards India to the world by bestowing special honours during the Winter Olympics on an officer injured in the Galwan conflict.

There have been expected reactions to the Chinese act. India has retaliated against this Chinese incitement. Now India also has decided to boycott the Winter Olympics. China is completely responsible for the Indian decision.
