Ladakh border conflict is a plot hatched by President Jinping: Chinese government news agency

Beijing/New Delhi – The conflict between India and China over the Line of Actual Control (LAC) was planned by President Xi Jinping, the Chinese state news agency admitted. An article on President Jinping by the state-run Xinhua news agency cited the struggle against India and the South China Sea and the East China Sea. Xinhua also said that President Jinping had intervened on these issues at the individual level and had taken the initiative in planning. Against the same background, a report released by the US Department of Defence on China also mentioned the Chinese activities on the LAC.

India, China, Xi Jinping, border dispute, India-China conflict,Xinhua has published a separate article entitled ‘Xi Jinping, The Man Who Leads CPC on a New Journey.’ It mentions the successful performance of President Jinping. The article claimed that Jinping had shown aggressive leadership in patrolling the East China Sea, an aggressive role in the South China Sea, and the conflict on the Sino-Indian border. The Chinese news agency boasted that Jinping had planned and guided on all these issues personally.

Moreover, the mention of the conflict on the Indian border has been noteworthy. Last year, China’s People’s Liberation Army (PLA) made several incursions into other parts of Ladakh, including the Galwan Valley. The action by the Chinese PLA continued even after the Indian Army delivered a jolt in Galwan Valley. China has repeatedly accused India of infiltration during the talks to resolve the issue. Chinese officials and the media claimed that tensions on the border worsened only due to the Indian actions.

But claims by the Chinese state news agency have once again exposed China’s hypocrisy. The international community had also sided with India in the India-China conflict. It had been revealed that China was extremely upset with the developments.
