Last November, the OpenAI Company introduced an advanced chatbot called ChatGPT. The answers and other responses this chatbot gave to questions from various fields made ChatGPT the centre of discussion. Currently, millions of people across the globe use these chatbots for multiple purposes. Microsoft, a leading multinational company in information technology, has invested in OpenAI. Besides, Microsoft’s Bing search engine also uses ChatGPT.

However, many problems related to ChatGPT, which has become popular worldwide, have also started to surface. In the case of some countries and certain issues, this chatbot’s biased and wrong response has come to the fore. At the same time, it has raised the issue of lacking a separate system regarding the security of the individual’s private information and sensitive response to the children. Italy has banned ChatGPT over this issue and started investigating OpenAI. In addition to Italy, China, Russia, Iran, and North Korea have banned ChatGPT.
