Ministry of External Affairs has taken note of it. In 2017, China is said to have started construction some distance from the place where the Indian and Chinese armies clashed. But India’s eyes are blocked by these movements of China. The Ministry of External Affairs spokesperson, Arindam Bagchi, assured that India is taking all necessary steps against this. Even before this, there were reports of China intruding into India’s LAC and constructing a village. The Indian Army had pointed out that even though India has rights over this territory, this territory has been under China’s control for the past few decades.

Furthermore, China deliberately implies that its military has encroached on Indian territory to pressure the Indian government. Indian leaders and senior military officers constantly warn that the country should be wary of such propaganda campaigns. At the same time, repeated steps are being taken by the Indian Army as well as the Ministry of External Affairs to counter China’s propaganda. Due to this, these tactics of China have not achieved much success.

Meanwhile, China has been trying to infiltrate the country by luring a small country like Bhutan. According to the 1949 agreement between India and Bhutan, Bhutan’s foreign policy is determined by India. So far, India has not even thought of grabbing the territory of a tiny country, Bhutan. On the contrary, India has given all possible cooperation to Bhutan.
