Australia should have developed capabilities to stop China in the Indo-Pacific region: claims former Australian NSA

Canberra/Beijing – Former Australian National Security Advisor (NSA), John Lee claimed, ‘Australia neither has the technology nor the capabilities necessary for High-end warfare, like the United States and China. But Australia can emerge as an Asymmetric Power using undersea technology and drones.’ At this time, Lee also warned that a war could be sparked for control over Taiwan in the next 5 or 6 years and it will not be limited only to that sector. Meanwhile, it is becoming evident that Australia is adopting an aggressive stand against the Chinese hegemonic actions.
