After Prince Charles, UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson tests positive for COVID-19

London: UK Prime Minister, Boris Johnson has tested positive for the Novel Coronavirus. Before him, British Health Secretary Matt Hancock had tested positive for the Coronavirus as well. What’s more, Prince Charles, the heir to the British throne, was also reported to have contracted the infection.

Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his Israeli counterpart Benjamin Netanyahu posted messages via social media after the UK Prime Minister was detected with the infection. Both leaders reassured the British Prime Minister wishing him a speedy recovery and that he would soon overcome the challenge.

Meanwhile, Prime Minister Boris Johnson has delivered a message saying that his health would not affect the country’s administration and that he would take all inputs on the situation through video conferencing in the future.

Previously, the Spanish Deputy Prime Minister had contracted the infection. Also, in Iran, the Vice President, Deputy Health Minister and some parliamentarians had also tested positive for the new Coronavirus.
