No one will be victorious in Ukraine war, PM Modi warns during Germany

Berlin: Prime Minister Narendra Modi once again clarified that no one will emerge victorious in the Russia-Ukraine conflict, and therefore India is promoting peace and demanding negotiations. The Indian Prime Minister once again presented the Indian stand frankly during his Germany visit. At the same time, Prime Minister Modi expressed confidence that the cooperation between India and Germany will positively impact various sectors in both the countries and on the international level.

India had decided to maintain cooperation with Russia even after the outbreak of conflict in Ukraine. Outraged by this, the US had exerted pressure to ensure that the Prime Minister of India would not participate in the G7. However, while addressing the media, German Chancellor Scholz announced that he would invite the Prime Minister of India to the G7 summit. This seems to have underlined the importance of India once again.

No one will win the conflict in Ukraine, and on the contrary, everyone will lose. That is why we are advocating for peace, said Prime Minister Modi, outlining the country’s role in this regard. The Prime Minister pointed out that this has a devastating effect on developing and under-developed countries in particular.

At the same time, Prime Minister Modi said that India was concerned about the dire consequences of the conflict and called for an immediate end to the conflict. While on a tour of Germany, Prime Minister Modi’s remarks on the conflict in Ukraine are striking. European countries are expecting India, which has friendly relations with Russia, to use its influence to force Russia to stop the conflict.
