Indian Prime Minister Modi speaks on telephone with Russian President Putin

New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Russian President Vladimir Putin had discussions over the telephone. After the rebellion of the Wagner Group, this conversation between the leaders of both countries is considered quite significant. During this conversation, Prime Minister Modi expressed India’s support for Russia to President Putin. It was clear from the talks between the two leaders that the recent visit of Prime Minister Modi to the United States has not affected Indo-Russian relations. At the same time, President Putin also appealed to Russia to copy India’s ‘Make in India’ campaign.

On Friday, Prime Minister Modi also asserted in his discussion with President Putin that India supports Russian leadership.
