Raqqa Is Being Slaughtered Silently (RSS or RBSS) is a hidden citizen journalism effort exposing human rights abuses by Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (also known as ISIS or DAESH) forces occupying the northern Syrian city of Raqqa. ISIL uses Raqqa as its de facto capital.
