Zelensky tries to drag US into World War III

Washington/Kyiv: ‘UKRAINE tried to start WW3 yesterday when a UKRAINIAN missile struck a NATO country. Ukrainian Leaders LIED to try and initiate full-blown WW3,’ US journalist and analyst Tucker Carlson alleged. Carlson also advised that the United States will have to decide whether to support Zelensky in the future because of his position. While Carlson’s statement came out, CNN has indicated a reduction in the arms supply to Ukraine from the US in the near future.

Tuesday’s missile attack in Poland still reverberates, and differences between Ukraine and the West that support it have come to the fore. Ukraine’s President has refused to admit that Ukrainian Defence Forces released the missile that fell in Poland. There has been resentment in other European countries and the US due to their stubborn stance, which comes out in the open. Even in the US media, analysts and political circles have been reacting strongly to the support given to Ukraine. Tucker Carlson’s statement was part of that.

Carlson, who has been working at Fox News, the leading news channel in the US, alleged Zelensky of dragging the US into World War III. He claimed that statements of Zelensky were wrong and could cost the lives of millions of Americans. Carlson also said that the Ukrainian President was deliberately trying to involve the US in the war and would have to decide soon whether to help them. Fox News reporters have also alleged that Zelensky could be like other corrupt leaders in Eastern Europe.

Two days ago, the former President of Russia, Dmitry Medvedev, warned that the incident in Poland could cause Third World War. After the missile attack in Poland on Tuesday, Russia had also accused Ukraine and Poland of inciting the conflict between Russia and NATO.

Ukrainian and Polish leaders and officials had made aggressive statements in the first few hours after the attack in Poland. Ukraine accused Russia and demanded that NATO take steps to retaliate against Russia. Poland, a member of NATO, also took an insistent stance that the issue of missile attack should be discussed under Article Four of the NATO constitution. Some countries in Eastern Europe, including Poland, had issued orders to their defence forces to be on alert.
