Iran will not retreat even an inch in its nuclear program, declares President Raisi

Tehran: – US President Joe Biden and his colleagues say that Iran can be stopped from acquiring nuclear weapons by signing the nuclear deal with Iran. But the lawmakers from Biden’s Democrat party themselves have become aggressive against the Iran nuclear deal. The United States and Iran are holding negotiations regarding the Iran nuclear deal in Vienna, Austria. The United States and European countries have claimed that the revival of the 2015 nuclear deal will soon be completed. But the situation seems to have changed now. The members of the Ruling Democrat party in the United States have gone against the Iran nuclear deal. These lawmakers are asking that if Iran continues with its nuclear program even after signing this deal, what is the purpose of signing the deal?

While objections are being raised to the Iran nuclear program, Iranian President Raisi firmly presented his country’s stand. Hundreds of messages were sent from Tehran to Vienna during the talks. President Raisi clarified that Iran would not retreat even by an inch in its nuclear program and there is no possibility of a compromise on this stand. Iranian President lambasted, ‘Nuclear program is Iran’s right. We are not going to give up this right under any circumstances.’

Iran has announced that Iran will not compromise on its nuclear program, even in the past. Israel is consistently accusing Iran is very close to making a nuclear bomb. But Israel has also warned that under no circumstances Iran will be allowed to acquire nuclear weapons and Israel is willing to pay any price for this.

The United States also has accepted the Israeli demand that Iran will not be allowed to acquire nuclear weapons. But the US Secretary of State, during his recent visit to Israel, claimed that the nuclear deal was necessary to stop Iran from acquiring a nuclear weapon. Israel has dismissed this argument. Not only Israel but other countries from the Middle East region like Saudi and United Arab Emirates also have expressed displeasure over the US stand regarding the Iran nuclear deal.

In this scenario, the statements made by Iranian President Raisi regarding the Iran nuclear program could jeopardise the future of the new Iran nuclear deal. The edge of the opposition from within the United States could sharpen with this.
