It is time to eliminate Ukrainian President Zelensky - Ex-Russian President Dmitry Medvedev

Moscow – Former Russian President Dmitry Medvedev warned that after the attack on the Kremlin, Russia has left with no other option other than eliminating Ukrainian President Zelensky and his group. While the Speaker of the Russian Parliament, Vyacheslav Volodin, has demanded the use of weapons capable of destroying the Ukrainian regime.

Moreover, Russia claimed that Ukraine launched a drone attack on the Kremlin on Wednesday to kill Russian President Vladimir Putin. Russia had said that the Russian forces foiled the attack, and there was no loss of life. There is a strong reaction from the Russian political circles and the media to this attack, including the statement from Medvedev, the former president and deputy head of the Security Council.

Russia’s spokesmen accused Ukraine of a drone attack on the Kremlin on Wednesday and have termed it a terrorist attack to target the Russian president. Russian spokesman Dmitry Peskov also claimed that the attack was planned not in Kyiv but in Washington. However, Ukraine and the US have rejected these claims. US Secretary of State Antony Blinken has expressed doubts about Russia’s allegations. The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, explained that Ukraine had nothing to do with the attack.

In the background of the drone attacks, Zelensky is visiting Finland, where he continues demanding punishment for Russian President Putin for committing war crimes.
