Singapore: The USS Nimitz aircraft carrier has entered the South China Sea area for patrolling. This time the US warship will complete this patrol with the help of its destroyers and submarines. A few days ago, a Chinese aircraft carrier patrolled from close by the US island of Guam with its fleet. 
Subsequently, the US aircraft carrier entered the area. On the occasion of the exercise in the South China Sea, the US aircraft carrier will conduct an independent exercise involving air strikes, anti-submarine action, aircraft, and helicopters. Two months ago, China claimed to have chased away the US destroyer patrolling this maritime zone. A few days ago, a Chinese fighter jet travelled dangerously close to a US surveillance plane in the airspace of the South China Sea.
