Ramzan KadyrovMoreover, Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko and former Russian President Dmitry Medvedev also made statements regarding nuclear weapons use. But this demand raised by Kadyrov for the use of low-power nuclear weapons has brought the issue of nuclear attacks back on the anvil.   

A few days ago, Russian President Vladimir Putin had made a statement regarding the use of nuclear weapons. After that, the Russian leaders had claimed that nuclear deployment was possible in the Ukrainian regions acquired by Russia. Severe reactions had emanated from the western countries over these statements. It had also been revealed that the United States had warned Russia of dire consequences.   

Even earlier, Ramzan Kadyrov had made aggressive statements following the Russian withdrawal from the Kharkiv region. Kadyrov said he would personally meet President Putin and make him aware of the situation.
