India won direct war with Pakistan; will emerge victorious even in proxy war

New Delhi – Defence Minister Rajnath Singh issued a fresh warning to Pakistan, saying, ‘India made Pakistan bite the dust in the 1971 war. Pakistan suffered a humiliating defeat in this war. This war changed the history and geography of South Asia. I testify that just as India won the direct war with Pakistan, Indian victory in the covert war waged by this country is also certain. Work is underway to eradicate terrorism.’

During the Bangladesh Liberation War, a direct war broke out between India and Pakistan on December 3, 1971, and ended on December 16 with the independence of Bangladesh. In just 13 days, Pakistan was made to kneel in front of the Indian army. 50 years have been completed for the Indian victory over Pakistan in the 1971 war and the founding of Bangladesh.’ Swarnim Vijay Parva’ (Golden Jubilee) is being celebrated on this occasion and various functions are being held at the India Gate in New Delhi.

Defence Minister Rajnath Singh inaugurated the victory ceremony. On occasion, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh expressed his gratitude for the sacrifices made by the Indian troops. I wanted to celebrate this festival with great enthusiasm. However, after the death of Chief of Defence Staff General Bipin Rawat, his wife and 11 officers in a helicopter crash, it was decided to celebrate the occasion. While inaugurating ‘Vijay Parva’, Rajnath Singh said he was reminded of General Rawat.

Rajnath Singh mentioned the atrocities committed by Pakistan against the people of East Pakistan at that time. Rajnath Singh asked the question, ‘What was the fault of the Bengali brothers who demanded protection of their art, culture and language and proper representation in government?’ The persecution of the Bengali brothers was inhumane. At that time, liberating the people of East Pakistan from injustice and exploitation was India’s state religion, national religion and military religion, said Rajnath Singh.

‘Pakistan has never won a direct war with India and its defeat and India’s victory, in the covert war also is certain,’ he said. While speaking at the occasion, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh slammed Pakistan’s anti-India sentiments.

Defence Minister Rajnath Singh slapped Pakistan, saying, ‘India is constantly threatened with war by Pakistan. The names given by Pakistan to its missiles shows how much hatred they have for India. Pakistan has named its missiles after Ghauri, Ghaznavi and Abdali, who have invaded India. Geographically, these invaders have invaded what is now Pakistan. Someone should tell Pakistan.’.

India has been instrumental in establishing democracy in Bangladesh. In the last 50 years, Bangladesh has been progressing on the path of development. This example is inspiring for other countries, said Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, praising Bangladesh for this.

The pre-recorded message of General Bipin Rawat was broadcast during the’ Swarnim Vijay Parva’ program, which started at India Gate. On Tuesday, a day before the helicopter crash, he had recorded the message for the soldiers on the occasion of’ Swarnim Vijay Parva’.

“On the occasion of the’ Swarnim Vijay Parva’, I heartily congratulate the Indian soldiers. I pay tribute to the soldiers who sacrificed their lives. This victory festival is being celebrated under the shadow of Immortal Jawan Jyoti, established in the memory of martyrs.
