London: US intelligence agency ‘CIA’ and other NATO member countries are coordinating to carry out deadly attacks in Russia. Former US Special Forces officer Jack Murphy has claimed that the CIA and NATO waged a ‘covert war’ with the help of sleeper cells in Russia to stop attacks on Ukraine.
