Bragging China cannot impose conditions on others, lambasts Australian Foreign Secretary

Canberra/Beijing: Australian Foreign Secretary, Frances Adamson, lambasted China in stern words, ‘The Chinese might has increased on the international level over the last few years. Therefore, China has started feeling that it can impose conditions and rules on other countries. This clearly indicates that China has misconstrued its might. China has still a fair distance to go on this front.’ Adamson retorted that China, who is a part of the global system, must learn to operate without using force and pressure.

Bragging China cannot impose conditions on others, lambasts Australian Foreign SecretaryChina is very agitated against Australia because of the ban on Chinese company Huawei, strong criticism in the matters of actions taken in Hong Kong and Xinjiang province and opposition to Chinese investment. China feels that Australia betrayed it by demanding an independent inquiry into the Coronavirus pandemic. At the same time, the stern measures initiated by Australian Prime Minister Scott Morrison to bust the evil Chinese conspiracy for diplomatic interference through its agents, in a country like Australia, is making China more restless. This is the reason for China threatening Australia of dire consequences and starting a trade war. At the same time, China has also threatened that if Australia considers China as its enemy, China also will treat Australia like an enemy.

Bragging China cannot impose conditions on others, lambasts Australian Foreign SecretaryForeign Secretary Adamson attacked this Chinese behaviour. ‘Many countries, including Australia, have benefitted from Chinese economic development. But at the same time, instability is creeping into this sector. Many countries think twice before taking any steps regarding China, who has become a superpower. Adamson delivered a slap saying that a country which is a superpower and an essential part of the global system cannot shy away from scrutiny or talks regarding matters connected to it.

The Australian Secretary also retorted, ‘China is not prepared to accept the rules and frameworks that are a part of the international systems, and this country only wants to operate on its own rules and criteria. China not only wants to be a part of the international systems, but it has the ambition that the international systems are run under the leadership of China alone.’ Adamson also dismissed the allegation that the Australian policies regarding China are fixed under the instructions of the United States.
