National Education Policy will make India a great economic superpower – claims Australian Education Minister

New Delhi: By 2035, one in four graduates worldwide will be from an Indian university. Australia’s Education Minister Jason Clare claimed that the country would soon become a great economic superpower due to the National Education Policy (NEP) adopted by India. Moreover, Claire has expressed a belief that NEP would transform India and enhance the skills of India’s youth. The Education Minister for Australia appreciated while addressing a programme organised by Delhi University’s Sri Venkateswara College and Kendriya Vidyalaya.

National Education PolicyAustralia was a very different country 50 years ago than it is today. Australia achieved this development due to the progress made in the education sector. But many Australians have studied at Delhi University earlier, Education Minister Clare informed. Also, the Minister for Education of this country affirmed that many Australians educated at this university have been excelling worldwide. While giving all this information, Clare amply praised the NEP undertaken by India. 

Clare claimed, at this time, that one out of four graduates in the world will graduate from an Indian University in the year 2035. Along with this, Minister for Education Jason Clare concurrently gave information about important MoUs in the field of education between India and Australia. Clare said this MoU in education was the foundation for the cooperation between the two countries to develop in the future.
