India's capability in 'Space Technology' will soon be recognised across the world: PM Narendra ModiMoreover, space and sea sectors will be the most critical fields in the future. To date, India‘s space missions have been conducted by ISRO and the private sector has been seen as the sole supplier. But the private sector will be given a great opportunity to be at the forefront of space technology in the future. Big winners can’t be made without big concepts. Stating that our country has immense potential and cannot be fully utilised with limited efforts, the Prime Minister supported the plan to grant opportunities to the private sector at the forefront of space technology.

Today’s youth and researchers cannot be denied the opportunity to contribute to the field of Space Technology by saying that only ISRO can work in the field of space technology. New possibilities will emerge if they also get the opportunity to work in this field. In-space will give a tremendous opportunity to the youth of the country to showcase their quality in the future. The Prime Minister claimed that it would not make any difference whether the youngsters with such qualities worked in ISRO or the private sector.

‘Space-tech is about to become the basis of a major revolution in the 21st century. Space-tech is now going to become a technology not only of distant space but of our personal space as well,’ he said. Speaking on occasion, the Prime Minister mentioned Mission Chandrayaan. Whether a scientist, a farmer or a labourer, ISRO’s Chandrayaan mission was the mission of all the country’s people. The Prime Minister reminded that the country’s unity was manifested to all during this period.
