Hackers jolt Iran by leaking classified information about nuclear programme

Tehran/ Dubai: ‘Unlike the West, we are not close to Iran’s criminal leaders. We deliver exactly 100 per cent of what we promise’, said the hackers and released classified information about Iran’s nuclear programme on social media. Last week, on October 21, a group of hackers called ‘Black Reward’ released a warning aimed at the government of Ibrahim Raisi in Iran. The hackers claimed to have confidential documents related to Iran’s nuclear programme. The Iranian regime demanded the release of all imprisoned political leaders and protesters if they did not want the document to be made public. The group had threatened that the Iranian regime should take this action within the next 24 hours.

On Saturday, after Iran ignored the demand, the hackers leaked classified information about Iran’s nuclear programme on social media. It contains documents on contracts signed by Iran’s nuclear power generation and development company with domestic and international partners. The hackers also revealed the schedule of the Bushehr nuclear plant, names of employees, and engineers, monthly salary details and passport information of Iranian and Russian officials visiting the Bushehr nuclear plant.

After the Black Rewards hackers released the document, the hackers called upon analysts worldwide in the relevant fields to research it. The hackers also announced that more information about Iran’s nuclear programme would be revealed soon. The group claimed to have hacked the emails of managers and employees of Iran’s state-run news channel. Therefore, it is claimed that the group of hackers can reveal more documents about Iran’s secret nuclear project in the coming time.

Iran accuses foreigners of hacking hackers who have sparked anti-regime protests and missing nuclear programme emails. Iran blamed foreign groups for hacking and releasing the emails. But Iran avoided mentioning any country directly in this regard. But Black Reward, which the Iranian foreigner refers to, is claimed to be a group of Iranian hackers. Therefore, local analysts are pointing out that a group of hackers in Iran has also gone against the regime.
