European countries refuse permission to Russian Foreign Minister’s airpla

Moscow/Belgrade: It has been revealed that the European countries refused permission for the airplane of the Russian Foreign Minister to enter their airspaces.

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov was forced to cancel his Serbia visit given this. Russia and Serbia have expressed strong displeasure over this. Whereas, senior Russian lawmakers have warned that there will be a harsh retaliation against this instigation.

Many European countries had closed their airspaces for Russian airlines following the special military campaign launched by Russia in Ukraine. But the airplanes of Russian leaders and diplomats had never been obstructed. Despite this, the neighbouring countries of Serbia deciding to refuse the use of their airspace for the Russian Foreign Minister’s airplane comes as a surprise. Bulgaria, North Macedonia and Montenegro are the countries refusing permission to use their airspaces.

An intense reaction has been received from Russia over the ban. Foreign Minister Lavrov warned that the ban by the European countries is unprecedented. The countries taking this decision are puppets in the hands of Brussels. But the efforts to disrupt relations between Russia and Serbia will not succeed. The Russian foreign ministry retorted that Russia is still to acquire the technology for Teleportation. Russian lawmakers warned that there would be a stern retaliation against this action.

A few days ago, Serbia decided to extend the fuel supply agreement with Russia by three years. The European Union has become restless with this decision, and the Union leaders criticised Serbia. Although Serbia is not a member of the Union, the process has been started. Therefore, Serbia is known as a country from the Union group. Against this background, the decisions taken by Serbia regarding Russia have caused trouble for the Union. Analysts claim that this could be the reason behind the decision to block the airplane of the Russian Foreign Minister.
