Saudi attacks control tower of the Houthi rebels

Riyadh/Aden – The Houthi rebels from Yemen, who launched missile and drone attacks on the main cities in Saudi and United Arab Emirates (UAE), have suffered significant losses. The Saudi-led coalition of the Arab countries destroyed the control tower instructing and controlling these drones. The military front of the Arab countries informed that this action was a retaliation to the drone attacks carried out by the Houthi rebels four days ago.

The Saudi-led coalition of the Arab countries launched an attack on Sana, the capital of Yemen, on Monday morning. A tower has controlled the drones in the Yemenis capital Sana, under Houthi control for the last five years. The Arab front targeted this building.

Only a few days ago, Saudi and UAE had destroyed the military bases of the Houthi rebels used to launch ballistic missiles in the Al-Jawf region of Yemen in an airstrike.

Meanwhile, the Houthi rebels launched ballistic missiles attacks on Saudi and UAE last week. The demand to augment the capacities of the air defence systems in Saudi and UAE is gaining momentum. Reports have been received that UAE has opened dialogues with South Korea and Israel given this issue. Even the United States held talks with Saudi King Salman against this background. The United States has already announced that speedy steps will be taken for the air security of these two countries. Accordingly, the United States has despatched its F-22 fighter jets from its air force to UAE.
