Third World WarAnkara: Turkish President Recep Erdogan declared that the United States holding Turkey responsible for the Armenian genocide, should not forget its shameful history. The US Senate unanimously passed a historic resolution that the Ottoman empire in Turkey carried out a genocide of the Armenians at the beginning of the 20th century. Before Turkey could react to this action, the US Senate has started preparations for one more decision. The Senate is alleging that Turkey has violated the “Countering America’s Adversaries Through Sanctions Act’ (CAATSA) agreement with the United States.

US colonists perpetrated a Red Indian genocide, Turkish President responds to the US proposal for sanctionsTurkey is purchasing the Russian S-400 air defence system, in violation of the agreement. The US Senate has indicated imposing economic sanctions against Turkey, as Turkey is adamant on its cooperation with Russia despite several warnings issued by the United States. A decision to that effect will be taken soon, in the US Senate. Turkish President Erdogan expressed annoyance over both these decisions of the US Senate and retorted that the United States would be replied in its language.

President Erdogan reminded while talking to a local news channel ‘The Turkish parliament also will give a fitting reply just like the US Senate. Should we start talking about what the American colonists did to the Red Indians? The Red Indian genocide is the most despicable event in US history.’ But the United States claims that there was no Red Indian genocide.

Meanwhile, the rift between the United States and Turkey is widening and President Erdogan has said that the US airbases at Incirlik and Kuresik will be shut down, protesting against the proposed sanctions. This Turkish decision is being looked at very seriously, as the United States has a stock of nuclear weapons at the Incirlik base.
