Terrorist attacks on US-controlled fuel plants in Syria

Damascus – Strong rocket attacks were carried out on a US-controlled fuel plant in Syria’s Deir ez-Zor province. Hours earlier, the United States had carried out airstrikes on the bases of Iranian-linked terrorist groups in Syria and Iraq. It is being claimed that these attacks are a response from the Iranian-linked terrorist groups.

USA, Syria, Fuel, Fuel Security, Terrorist attacksOn Sunday evening, the United States launched airstrikes on the strongholds of Iranian-linked terrorist organisations in Syria and Iraq. It is claimed that a Hezbollah commander, as well as some Iranian soldiers, were killed. Moreover, it is alleged that the United States had taken assistance from Israel to carry out these attacks. The US Secretary of State had said that the attacks were a warning to Iran-linked terrorists targeting US interests in Iraq.

But the next day, Iranian-backed terrorists responded by attacking a US-controlled fuel plant in Syria. Five rockets hit the Al Omar fuel plant in the Syrian city of Mayadin in Deir ez-Zor. The details of the damage caused to the project were not immediately available. But through these attacks, the Iranian-affiliated organisations seem to have shown their strength to the United States.
